We are thrilled to announce the completion of the Matilda Rise project, a remarkable 36-lot subdivision, delivered to you by SPG CAPITAL FUND 2 PTY LTD. The Development Manager was Strategic Property Group and the Conveyancer was Strategic Settlements.
Matilda Rise posed unique challenges as it nestled between two existing subdivisions with varying levels. Our team worked to ensure seamless interface tie-ins, all while respecting the needs and comfort of existing residents resulting in a a win-win situation for all!
