Construction of the final stage is now complete for the 100 lot survey-strata subdivision on Gnangara Road in Landsdale. As a joint venture project with Nicheliving, this 2.85ha redevelopment site resulted from the realigned Gnangara Road / Ocean Reef Road extension. Subdivision works were completed in various stages between 2015-2019.

Works have commenced with a contract appointment at Highgrove Estate on Shreeve Road in Canning Vale. Careful design coordination for the civil works will capture tree retention on site and manage the sensitive wetland interface. Lots will be elevated to provide views over the revegetated area and additional road connections will be constructed as part of the estate to provide direct pedestrian connections to the Primary School.

 Works are expected to be completed by December 2019.

Works were recently completed for the third and final stage at Merrifield Gardens, Landsdale, for Partco Development Holdings. For Partco, the project was their first land development and TABEC is pleased to have assisted them with bringing this project to fruition from the initial subdivision plan phase right through to completion of construction.
