We are pleased to have reached Practical Completion at PEET’s most recent stage at The Village at Wellard.
The completion of Stage 43 created 48 new green title lots, and also included 430 meter of offsite sewer which was installed to service the stage.
Pilot boring was required for offsite services to protect trees identified for retention within future road reserves.
