115 Hamilton Hill Stage 1

The project builds on TABEC’s experience delivering DevelopmentWA’s Innovation Through Demonstration, with 115 Hamilton Hill achieving industry leading levels of sustainability, while retaining the site’s landform, trees and biodiversity.

The civil design includes a number of initiatives with various below ground stormwater drainage solutions, permeable road paving, recycled road base material sourced from onsite crushing following the demolition of the former high school buildings along with various other material reuse and recycling targets during construction.

The project has been recognised by Water Corporation as Waterwise Gold development and the Urban Development Institute of Australia awarding 115 Hamilton Hill with the maximum 6 leaves for their EnviroDevelopment program.

Midland Brick Hardstand Expansion

Works were recently completed on an approximate 4 hectare extension to the hardstand pavement at the iconic Midland Brick site in Middle Swan. The expanded pavement will provide for greater site efficiency for the Midland Brick operations through consolidation of operations in the area immediately surrounding the operational kilns.

The completion of this package marks the first of many work packages to be undertaken at the site.

We would like to thank Hesperia for entrusting TABEC to complete the design and manage the construction contract and also thank Wormall Civil for delivering this project on the ground and Midland Brick personnel for their co-operation during the works.
